Francis Nicholson

Francis Nicholson is the President and Senior Consultant at G4 Governance Inc., a Florida-based advisory firm specializing in internal audit, risk management, and governance training. With over 30 years of global experience in business education, auditing, and corporate control, he is a highly respected leader in his field.
Before leading G4 Governance, Nicholson spent 15 years in executive roles at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), including Vice President of Global Relations and Managing Director of Global Advocacy. His professional credentials include the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Qualification in Internal Audit Leadership (QIAL), and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
