PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The programme brings together AAAG leadership engagements, research dissemination and an intensive Mindset Transformation Coaching Programme. It is designed to strengthen leadership judgement, self-mastery, emotional intelligence, productivity, conflict resolution, team cohesion and accountability among Accountants General, technical advisers and AAAG stakeholders.

Three-Day Structure
