Pilot Leadership Excellence Programme
This pioneering programme is designed as a pilot to test the overall efficacy of the AAAG Leadership Development Programme before its broader regional rollout. As the inaugural host, the United Republic of Tanzania will contribute insights to enhance the robustness of the curriculum. The training is expected to host a minimum of 50 delegates comprising senior officers drawn from relevant government ministries, departments and agencies.
